Assessment Development Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist II, Assessment Development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop concept-based, competency-driven assessments aligned with program outcomes

Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and pilot new assessments ensuring psychometric rigor

Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and maintain assessment security protocols

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Educational Assessment, Curriculum & Instruction, Psychometrics, or a related field

Minimum of three years of experience in assessment design and development, preferably in higher education or nursing

Expertise in designing assessments using backward design and Universal Design for Learning principles

Experience managing multiple assessment projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with assessment-related standards from accrediting bodies and data-driven decision-making
