About the Opportunity :

  • We are currently looking for an efficient Administrative Coordinator to one of the most popular and respected universities based in Boston, MA
  • They’re home to a respected women’s undergraduate program, as well as coeducational graduate programs in nursing and health sciences, liberal arts, business, communications, social work, public health, and library and information science
  • You will handle clerical and administrative duties and coordinate general administration within the organization
  • Administrative Coordinator  Responsibilities :

  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and presentations, interviews, events, and other similar activities
  • Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure
  • Answering the phone and greet visitors
  • Administrative Coordinator  Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications in various communication styles (phone, mails, etc)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
