Job descriptionGive our guests a warm welcome upon arrival Check guests in by verifying all names of party on reservation and issue room keys Provide guests with information on hotels policies, services and amenities Coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure room availability Direct guests to proper resort staff members for escort, transportation, and concierge services Listen and respond to guest complaints in a gracious and appropriate manner Review the final bill with the guest, post charges and make any necessary correction to the account Answer, record and process guest requests, including requests for special occasion assistance such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. 401(k) plan with Company Match Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance eligibility Paid Time Off Golf Privileges Discounts at Tetherow restaurants & Golf Shop $5 Employee breakfast & lunch meals from The Row Employee referral bonuses Work in one of the most beautiful settings in Central Oregon

- You are available to work varying schedules; including evenings, weekends and holidays
