Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) role based at POWAY HEALTHCARE CENTER in Poway, CA. The LVN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient health conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver an excellent standard of care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, offering patient education, and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, administering medications, and monitoring health conditions
• Experience in maintaining patient documentation and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and educating patients
• Qualifications such as a valid LVN license in the state of California
• Ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced environment
• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification is preferred
