Job Title : Epic Certified Professionals

Location : United States (Remote)

Job Overview :

We are seeking experienced Epic Certified Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates

will have expertise in various Epic modules and related systems, supporting healthcare

organizations in optimizing revenue cycle, claims management, regulatory compliance, and

business intelligence initiatives.

Objective :

To leverage Epic expertise to support healthcare organizations in optimizing claims

management, revenue cycle, and business intelligence processes, driving efficiency and

compliance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and administer Epic Resolute PB and HB Claims & Remittance modules.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Epic Chronicles and Interconnect programs.

Design, implement, and support Clarity Data Model for Resolute PB.

Administer Unix servers and support DevOps processes.

Lead project management, implementation, and administration efforts.

Conduct training sessions and act as a facilitator for end-users.

Translate technical documentation and workflows (English / Spanish).

Develop interfaces using EDI / HL7 and support system integration.

Work with multiple programming languages including Caché, SQL, VBA, C, Python,

Perl, and Assembly.

Support revenue cycle, professional billing, and claims remittance analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory

requirements.

Epic Certifications (Relevant to assigned module)

Resolute PB Claims Administrator

Resolute HB Claims Administrator

Chronicles Database Programmer

Interconnect Programmer

Resolute PB Electronic Remittance

Clarity Data Model Resolute PB

Revenue Cycle, Professional Billing & Claims Expertise

Additional Expertise (Preferred) :

Project Administration & Implementation

Training Facilitation

DevOps Experience

Multilingual Translation (English / Spanish)

Business Intelligence Development (Cogito or similar)

Unix Server Administration

Interface Development (EDI / HL7)

Qualifications :

Proven experience working with Epic systems and modules listed above.

Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and regulatory compliance.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
