TeamHealth is seeking a dynamic and dedicated medical director to launch and lead our brand-new OB / Gyn hospitalist program at Pascack Valley Medical Center in Westwood, New Jersey (Bergen County). In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a skilled team of OB / Gyn physicians and drive excellence in women's healthcare for the community. As medical director, you'll partner with seasoned clinical and operational leaders who bring extensive experience in building and supporting successful OB / Gyn hospitalist programs.

Compensation is an estimated base salary range of $328,000 to $383,000 annually. Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include health, dental, and vision insurance, short and long term disability, and employee assistance program.
