Responsibilities
Design and support the operational foundations for new product solutions and strategiesDefine end to end workflows from pitch to pay for optimal tracking and executionIdentify gaps in technical and operational plans and propose solutionsIdentify and document necessary policies and support structuresEnforce business policy compliance on all new audience strategiesBuild RACI for operationalization across teams including Sales, Finance, Product and Sales SystemsImplement and enforce Ad Operations processes and policies for the Ad Ops / QA teams to followEnhance day-to-day campaign workflow structure with solutions that bring Operational Excellence and incremental efficiencies as it relates to :Creative tracking and execution
