Overview

Business Operations Ads Manager 4 - 16012

Responsibilities

  • Design and support the operational foundations for new product solutions and strategies
  • Define end to end workflows from pitch to pay for optimal tracking and execution
  • Identify gaps in technical and operational plans and propose solutions
  • Identify and document necessary policies and support structures
  • Enforce business policy compliance on all new audience strategies
  • Build RACI for operationalization across teams including Sales, Finance, Product and Sales Systems
  • Implement and enforce Ad Operations processes and policies for the Ad Ops / QA teams to follow
  • Enhance day-to-day campaign workflow structure with solutions that bring Operational Excellence and incremental efficiencies as it relates to :
  • Creative tracking and execution

  • Campaign reporting
  • Client Services and Ad Operations collaboration tools
  • Policy enforcement
  • Campaign success
  • Drive & influence internal product and engineering development on platform features and requirements to support the sales business
  • Collaborate with members of Sales, Client Services, Marketing and Operations teams to create automated, scalable solutions
  • Produce analytics on the success of the business models and provide recommendations
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner
  • Collaborate with team members of Sales Operations
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years working in an organization that supports the Advertising Sales function with F100 brands
  • Must be task driven and be able to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills required
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape, Connected TV & upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players
  • Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal / written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic insight to build business cases for support resources
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Advertising, Marketing or related field a plus
