Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisors are trained to perform all the duties performed by the Team Members, with additional responsibility for coordinating the daily operations of a restaurant in the Regional Manager's absence. This includes ensuring compliance with BGR standards in areas such as product preparation and delivery, guest relations, restaurant maintenance, team oversight, inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform all Team Member tasks in the following positions : prep, build, grill, fries, drinks & cashier.
• Responsible for daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the Regional Manager, including training employees, opening and closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is complete, coordinating employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.
• Motivate and coach Team Members and assist in the training of new hires.
• Work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
• Assist the Regional Manager in day-to-day operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, and team development.
• Ensure that OSHA, local health and safety codes, and BGR safety and security policies are followed.
• Maintain fast, accurate, and outstanding service, ensuring an excellent guest experience, and that all menu items are consistent with BGR standards.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
