Performance Engineer

A company is looking for a Shipping Optimization Services Performance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic engagements to guide shippers through complex optimization projects

Execute high-stakes projects, including RFP support and fulfillment optimization efforts

Monitor and validate performance using simulation tools and dashboards to report on value realized

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in parcel shipping and logistics, preferably as a strategic consultant

2+ years of experience in contract negotiation, particularly with Parcel and LTL contracts

2+ years of experience with shipping invoicing and cost components

Proven track record in diagnosing complex business challenges and aligning services with client goals

Comfortable using simulation tools and data dashboards for diagnostics and network modeling
