Project, Reliability, and EHS Manager — Full-Time, Salaried
Location : Hennepin, IL
What You'll Do
The Project, Reliability, and EHS Manager will report to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects meet budget, timeline, and quality standards. This position will be responsible for providing project and reliability engineering services to the Hennepin Plant including designing, installing, and maintaining plant equipment ensuring they operate safely, reliability, and efficiently. The Project, Reliability, and EHS Manager does not have any direct reports but will work closely with the engineering team to achieve the plant's production objectives.
