A busy, successful, fast-paced personal injury law firm handling high value cases is looking for an experienced litigation paralegal.

Our ideal paralegal must be able to manage court deadlines, handle day-to-day litigation processes from complaint filing all the way through trial. Knowledge of handling cases in Federal Court is essential.

• Job duties include but not limited to :
• E-Filing Complaints, Pleadings, Subpoenas, etc.
• Service of Complaints, Subpoenas, etc.
• Calendaring
• Scheduling depositions
• Research, Discovery, Disclosures
• Requesting medical records through a 3rd party records collection company
• Keeping clients up-to-date on progress of their case
• Required Experience / Skills :
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
