Job descriptionSupervision : 40% of time supervising 3-4 CRNAs, with no more than 4 CRNAs supervised at a time. Cases : Ortho, OB, regionals, and neuro. No cardiac cases. Operating Rooms : 13 ORs and 2 endoscopy suites. Patient Demographics : 80% adult, 20% trauma. EMR System : Epic. Trauma Level : Level 1. Certifications : Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency). BLS, ACLS, PALS Required. Licensure : Active Colorado license or IMLC. COVID Vaccination : Required (medical exemptions allowed). Background Check : Must be clean Credentialing Timeline : 90 days. Reason for Need : Expanded areas of coverage. Physician owned agency Highest-Pay rates on the market $1m / 3m malpractice insurance and tail 100% transparency
