Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder

DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is looking for a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is committed to building long term relationships with our guests by providing an experience that is unmatched by other retailers.

Specific qualifications for this role include :

Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $16.50 per hour and$22.35 per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from$11.20to$15.20, a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.
