Please read entire ad before responding : Clinton St. Baking Co. seeks speedy, detail-oriented employees for our VERY BUSY bakery / cafe. We are an award-winning high-volume chef-owned / operated restaurant & cafe with a global clientele.

You should be FRIENDLY, hard-working and gracious. This position requires MORNING availability (7 : 30 start to 4pm). If you can't commit to early morning shifts, please do not apply.

Job includes :

• Welcoming guests
• Serving and clearing a light cafe menu
• Handling / maintaining supplies, pastries, cookies and cakes
• Making specialty coffees, brunch cocktails, iced and hot beverages
• Brewing espresso, steaming milk
• Replenishing coffee supply; cleaning coffee brewing equipment
• Taking delivery and to-go orders over the counter.
• Closing out cash, restocking supplies
• Light table bussing
• Cash register and POS experience is a must.
