• Administering nursing care in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities\n
• Working with residents and medical staff to devise care plans\n
• Ensuring residents receive the right personalized treatments and medications\n
• Explaining best options for care with residents and their family members\n
• Consulting with other healthcare professionals, including doctors\n
• Setting up medical equipment and monitoring their use\n
• Overseeing the compliance with facility policies and nursing standards\n
• Documenting and checking the accuracy of interventions and medical histories\n
• Performing fluid sample draws for lab work\n
• Leading the training and supervision of nursing staff\n
• Assisting with incident investigations and checking for accuracy of reporting\n\nQualifications and Skills\n
• Current Missouri state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)\n
• Completion of an approved nursing program\n
• Experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)\n
