Lead APP

Position Summary : The Lead APP oversees Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners in the designated service line, ensuring high-quality patient service and compliance with licensing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote professional growth and performance of all APPs.
• Collaborate with Holy Cross and service line leadership teams to meet patient care standards and quality metrics.
• Support recruitment, orientation, and ongoing training of APPs, including program development.
• Lead APP meetings to discuss staffing, recruiting, and performance indicators.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching for APPs.
• Collaborate with leadership to review performance indicators and assess patient and staff satisfaction outcomes.
• Identify and administer program changes to improve quality and scope of services.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with physicians, nursing and clinical staff.
• Participate in physician meetings and community outreach programs.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards.

Qualifications

Current CPR / BLS; ACLS preferred.
