Service Advisor

Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team! Our Service Advisors help our customers get the most out of their vehicle ownership experience by advising of necessary maintenance and repairs to keep their car running like new. As a Service Advisor at Chapman youll own the client experience from the moment they arrive in the service lane to the completion of services. The Service Advisor will work closely with customers and technicians and reports to the Service Management team.

Hours and Work Environment

Our Service Department is open Monday Friday from 7AM to 6PM and Saturday from 7AM to 5PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above. This is an onsite position and requires working both indoors and outdoors in the Service Drive.
