Blackstone Private Wealth was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the world's largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone's Private Wealth team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone's alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of transfer agents and service providers, ensuring a seamless execution of transaction processes, reflecting Blackstone's quality and brand reputation across function groups and workstreams including client statement reporting, tax generation, compliance, cash reconciliation, etc.
• Analyze trade order reports for Not in Good Order Trades items and identify resolutions
• Drive partner engagement and manage relationships with distributors, custodians and platform operational and trading teams
• Escalating issues and reporting root causes and trends back to management
• Liaise with FinTech Partners on order review, execution and manage trade document inventory
• Work closely with other Investor Service partners like onboarding, Illiquids and Coverage on cross-functional IS and BXPW team initiatives
• Coordinate with internal business partners' cash and share activity and transaction reporting to balance records with fund accounting records
• Develop, evolve and document operational frameworks for all funds and processes at transfer agents, custodians and other service providers
• Enhance partnership and client level experience via process improvement and workflow analysis, with both operational and Client service focused approaches

Expected annual base salary range : $125,000 - $150,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
