California Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer

A company is looking for a Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and generate leads for reverse mortgage loans while advising seniors on financial products

Consult with customers to analyze their financial situations and recommend appropriate loan solutions

Manage the loan application process and ensure loans meet customer needs and quality standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

Two or more years of full-time reverse loan origination experience

Active CA DBO and NMLS licenses, with the ability to obtain four active NMLS licenses

High school diploma or GED

Proven results as a loan originator with a strong production track record

Experience with reverse mortgage loan products
