Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of college‑level computer science or business‑related coursework, or equivalent technical training certification (preferred).
- Experience may be substituted with two years of experience in Consumer Information Systems, Systems Support, or related technical environments.
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related support role.
- Strong communication skills and exposure to various project‑management methodologies.
Responsibilities
Assist with process discovery, documentation, and requirements gathering for automation projects.Support development and configuration of automation solutions across multiple platforms.Act as liaison between the PMO, project teams, and stakeholders; communicate status and escalations, track action items.Coordinate meetings, agendas, and action items related to automation project intake and delivery.Monitor bot performance issues and collaborate with developers for resolution.Maintain records of work and Help Desk activities related to automations and backlog items.Assist with entry, scoring, and deployment of new features based on prioritization and business need.Develop test plans for upgrades or new implementations; coordinate with Enterprise Applications Analyst for testing, installation, and maintenance in QA and production environments.These statements describe the general nature of the role and are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
