Bridges Healthcare, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Adult IOP Clinician in our West Haven office

Annual salary : $55,500 - $71,826 commensurate of experience

PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW

Provide mental health, addiction, and case management services with clients to identify and attain their stated goals.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Masters degree in behavioral health field with associate license required (LMSW, LMFTA or LPCA).

Experience with groups and co-occurring disorders

Ability to work flexible schedule.

Knowledge of psychiatric illness and substance abuse.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Computer literacy.

Experience in counseling / therapeutic methods and practices.

Ability to prioritize and organize schedules / demands.

Access to reliable transportation on a consistent basis.
