SCOPE OF SERVICES

• A seasoned project manager is required to support Cyber Command leadership in the management and optimization of its portfolio of established citywide cybersecurity programs and evolving suite of cybersecurity controls deployment.
• These programs have significant complexity across many City agencies stakeholders other cybersecurity entities in government and the private sector and our information-sharing partners.
• The PM will work directly with Security Sciences program managers its FTEs consultants and vendors; coordinate with legal contracting finance and communications teams to manage multi-functional team coordination opportunity screening develop RFI and RFP benefit / cost analysis vendor selection work plan scheduling budget oversight contractor management issue resolution reporting and project closeout functions.
