Job descriptionFollow up with vendors to ensure timely shipments Monitor and track all inbound shipments Maintain data accuracy across systems and shipment records Review purchase orders and shipping documentation for accuracy Coordinate sample processing and documentation Create, review, and recommend purchase orders Support MRP system updates and planning functions Serve as a key contact with 3PL and logistics providers Update forecasting files and maintain product databases Communicate supply chain issues across departments Review and approve logistics and freight invoices Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred) Experience working with big-box retailers and vendor management Background in customer service, logistics, or buying Experience with MRP systems is a strong plus Spanish language skills a significant plus

As a key member of our Supply Chain Department , you will help ensure that our products are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality. You’ll play a vital role in managing vendor relationships, tracking shipments, updating systems, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues proactively.
