Position : Physician Assistant – Cardiology

Location : Bronx, New York

Schedule : 3–5 Days / Week

About the Opportunity

A large, well-established multispecialty group with locations throughout the Greater NYC area is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its cardiology team in the Bronx. This is an outpatient-only role offering a collaborative, patient-centered environment with excellent support staff and access to a wide network of specialists.

The ideal candidate will bring post-training cardiology or internal medicine experience and a commitment to providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required. H1B visa sponsorship is available.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and follow-ups in an outpatient cardiology setting

Manage chronic cardiovascular conditions and coordinate care plans

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic imaging and laboratory results

Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment and prevention

Collaborate closely with cardiologists and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters

Qualifications

Active or eligible New York State Physician Assistant license

National Board Certification as a PA

Minimum 1 year of post-training clinical experience (cardiology preferred)

Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Spanish language proficiency a plus, not required
