Job descriptionMust be able to work every other weekend and stand on feet throughout entire shift. Positive and customer-focused attitude - you genuinely enjoy helping people. Emotional resilience - able to stay calm and courteous when a customer is upset or a situation is stressful. Strong communication skills (clear spoken English; polite and friendly tone). Basic computer skills for using email and company software. Reliability and punctuality - we can count on you to show up every day. High school diploma or GED. Previous experience at Front Desk or relevant field.
