Release Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Release Engineering Manager to oversee the release process and ensure high-quality software deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the release process for key components, ensuring safe and timely deployments

Automate release workflows and implement observability metrics to enhance reliability

Plan and manage release activities in collaboration with Engineering, QA / QE, and Productivity teams

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in release engineering and management

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Continuous Delivery (CD)

Expertise with CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools

Familiarity with agile methodologies and cloud-native micro-services

Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or similar for automation purposes
