ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kim Holland - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, youll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience in insurance sales (required).
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
