Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Hope Hull, AL. This role offers a chance to make a positive impact by implementing behavioral interventions that promote students social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral support services following individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and Supervising Behavior Analysts to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral strategies.
• Assist in developing and modifying behavior plans as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines in all interactions.
