A company is looking for a Client Engagement Associate to support the operations and delivery of blended learning programs for Enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of blended learning journeys, including client onboarding and program completion
Coordinate sessions with clients and faculty, ensuring effective communication and preparation
Utilize video conferencing tools to facilitate online sessions and support the sales team with program reviews
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in managing learning journeys, preferably in executive education
Proficient in using video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Teams, and WebEx
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Canvas, is desirable
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in client support throughout the program lifecycle
