This role focuses on connecting with potential members to build trust and drive enrollment in a specialty health program. As a Member Engagement Specialist, you’ll use your communication and relationship-building skills to educate individuals on the program’s benefits and encourage participation. You'll engage with members across various channels, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset. Accountabilities :

• Reach out to potential members via phone, email, or other channels to explain program benefits and encourage enrollment
• Build rapport through active listening and personalized communication to foster trust and connection
• Consistently meet or exceed engagement and enrollment targets based on team metrics
• Maintain professionalism in all communications and document interactions in compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations
• Share member feedback with internal teams and leadership to improve outreach strategy and member experience
• Support internal initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture
