Job Title
Assist with renewal documentation and claims processing
Respond to simple client requests and inquiries
Serve as support staff to the Account Manager
Maintain and update records in Applied Epic
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth client servicing
Help prepare materials for client meetings and policy reviews

Skills and Requirements :
Active Property & Casualty license in California
1-2 years of experience (Junior-level)
Epic experience, specifically Applied Epic experience Experience with Personal Lines
