As a member of the Steely team, you will be at the forefront of product development, engaging in hands-on work that shapes meaningful solutions. We cater to a diverse clientele, including both government and commercial customers. Our primary mission centers in fortifying VSAT networks and creating custom enterprise software.
Successful candidates must be able to hold and maintain a security clearance. Therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
Program Management :
- Manage day-to-day business objectives of multiple projects of varying levels of complexity.
- Apply advanced knowledge and expertise of operations, tradecraft, and mission priorities to provide strategic guidance and operational case management.
- Multi-task and manage time and priorities in a collaborative manner.
- Monitor numerous databases, spreadsheets, and time-sensitive requirements in support of numerous, concurrent projects.
- Brief both leadership and project teams on project status.
- Draft comprehensive, high-quality reports in support of mission objectives.
- Coordinate with purchasing & logistics to support shipping and receiving of goods.
- Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
Business Improvements :
Build and lead a high-performing team of employees, setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating a positive and engaging work culture.Serve as a key resource which project managers will depend on to maintain the fluidity of project actions and brief on status, issues, and next-step actions / timetables.Assist in preparing contracts in accordance with corporate policies and contract management best practices.Write non-technical reports to management indicating solutions or range of possible alternatives in rank of desirability and probability of success when there is no single solution.Work in a team environment to set goals, and implement actions, with the expectation of achieving Steely goals each year for fiscal revenue, retention, and new growth.Analyze and evaluate operational data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications
