Account Executive Cleveland Ohio Territory

Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for healthcare and a drive to win? We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join a leading clinical diagnostics organization and represent cutting-edge laboratory solutions throughout Northern Ohio.

What Youll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and account retention.
  • Promote a portfolio of superior diagnostic services to medical providers, health systems, specialty clinics, and more.
  • Conduct regular client business reviews, providing education on service offerings and clinical value.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal sales teams to execute territory growth plans.
  • Leverage CRM tools for accurate reporting, pipeline tracking, and territory management.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and new opportunities.

What You Bring

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a highly competitive market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • CRM proficiency and experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Industry knowledge and prior experience working with :
  • Medical practices

  • Health systems
  • Community health clinics
  • Specialty provider groups (e.g., oncology, endocrinology, womens health)
  • Bonus Points For

  • 25 years of outside sales or service experience in the medical field.
  • Experience calling on specialties such as Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Functional Medicine, Oncology, Pathology, or Surgical Centers.
  • Compensation & Perks

    Base Salary : $80,000$90,000 (DOE)

    Commission Plan with total target compensation of $145,000 in year one
