The Engineering Senior Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and career development of subordinate engineering staff.

• Leading a team of direct reports.
• Planning and executing strategic goals for teams.
• Generating and implementing process improvements.
• Leading and driving results for multiple teams.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring potential candidates.
• Training managers and subordinates as needed.
• Holding regular meetings with direct and indirect reports to set goals and hold the team accountable.
• Providing feedback and guidance to team members as needed.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

15+ years of managerial experience (required)

15+ years of relevant engineering experience (required)

Proven ability to lead teams working on complex, high-impact projects.

Ability to handle high levels of autonomy.
