Business Development Representative

Position Overview:

We’re looking for motivated team members to join our growing network of Metro by T-Mobile stores!

Core Responsibilities:

Engage customers and create an exceptional in-store experience.

Drive sales of mobile phones, plans, and accessories.

Execute store opening/closing procedures.

Support store-level marketing initiatives.

Strive for personal and team success.

Qualifications:

1+ year retail experience preferred.

Strong sales and communication skills.

Computer proficiency and ability to multitask.

Bilingual highly preferred.

No prior sales experience required; training will be provided
