Test Operator

Job Description :

• Looking for highly motivated individuals to help us succeed in any domain against any challenge for a safer, more connected world.
• As a test operator for the EODAS factory, your job will be to verify the functionality and quality of next generation technology for the warfighter.
• You will be required to work closely with assembly operators and engineers.
• You will be required to perform a variety of tasks that include setting up tests, reporting test results, troubleshooting test failures, and performing special projects as needed.
• Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Experience working with minimal supervision
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to read, understand and follow test instructions including technical drawings and testing process documents
• The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for 8+ hours a day is required
• Ability to work weekends and / or overtime as required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, running multiple electrical test machines or equipment simultaneously
• Preferred : Ability to train others in testing processes once certified
• Experience using shop floor management software (CMES, SAP, etc.) or similar
• Education : High school, secondary school or equivalent Technical certificate or associate's degree is preferred
