About the Role :
The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Methodist Transitional Care, plays a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to patients in a transitional care setting. This position involves providing direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting the nursing team to ensure patient comfort and safety. The CNA will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly, contributing to effective care planning and recovery. This role requires dedication to maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients during their recovery or rehabilitation phase. Ultimately, the CNA helps enhance patient outcomes by delivering attentive, respectful, and professional care 24 / 7.
