Information Technology Support Specialist

Remote | 6-Month Contract | $20 - 25 / hr

Schedule : Monday–Friday (Standard Business Hours)

About the Role :

Pride Health is seeking a Health Information Technology Service Desk Analyst I for a 6-month remote contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support to healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless operations across software, hardware, and applications in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries via phone or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and LAN / WAN issues.
• Document all interactions and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain KPIs and ensure timely problem resolution.
• Collaborate with HIT and training teams to support service restoration.
• Perform security administration functions in accordance with AAH policies.

Qualifications :

• Education : High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience : Minimum 1 year in customer service, call center, or IT Service Desk support.
• Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of hardware / software systems and remote support tools.

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged sitting and computer use.
• Occasional travel for onsite support may be required.
