Line Cook / Prep Cook - Flamestone - Trinity

Meat Up Restaurant Group - (Flamestone Oldsmar, Flamestone Trinity, Beachwood Seafood Kitchen & Bar) is seeking experienced Line Cook and Prep Cook for its Flamestone Trinity location!

• Support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in the preparation and maintenance of recipes, portion specifications and standard preparation procedures for all dishes and ensure that all cooks are following these standards.
• Assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of restaurant operating equipment and other assets.
• Enforce training and ensure safe work environment through the job safety analysis, weekly sanitation inspections follow-ups, loss prevention and quality assurance.
• Maintain and supervise strong housekeeping practices in all food production areas, storage, walk-ins and freezers, and other assigned areas.
• Coach and counsel staff members on quality assurance, safe work procedures and practices while maintaining positive morale throughout the working area.
