This is a remotely based position, with ~50% travel within North America and Latin America.
Job Description
The Sales Manager – Americas will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for Telex Aviation products across North and Latin America. This role focuses on developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, expanding Telex Aviation’s presence across airline, general aviation, and aviation distribution markets, and representing Telex at key industry events.
The ideal candidate will bring strong aviation industry experience, preferably with aviation headset products, and a proven ability to deliver growth through both direct sales and channel management. This role will also collaborate closely with Sales Managers from other global regions to ensure consistent execution of the overall Telex Aviation strategy.
Primary Responsibilties :
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives across the Americas region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, general aviation operators, MROs, distributors, and channel partners.
Drive growth initiatives with existing and new airline customers to expand headset adoption.
Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, conferences, and aviation events throughout the Americas region in collaboration with the Marketing department.
Work closely with the Global Head of Sales & Marketing to align regional execution with global strategy.

Additional Information
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$138,000 annually. The role is also eligible for commission. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
