The Project Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring residential construction projects stay on schedule and within budget. This position is primarily in-office and will work closely with ownership and project management to handle administrative, bidding, and financial tracking duties.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with project bidding and proposal preparation.
- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and track budgets for active Projects.
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within financial goals.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and company leadership.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient office workflow.
Requirements :
Prior experience in construction administration or project coordination (residential preferred).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient with Excel and general computer applications.Excellent communications and multitasking skills.Positive attitude and ability to work in a small, team-orientated environment.Compensation :
