REQUIREMENTS :

8-10+ years as a functional analyst or business analyst
Expertise in Agile Methodology
Prior federal work experience focused on financial industry
Must have strong and clear communication skills, orally and written
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
Familiarity with federal IT security controls and audit requests

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Analyze Chief Financial Officer business requirements and report to developer team
Evaluate current system infrastructure and identify areas for improvement
Perform data analysis to support performance tracking
Design solutions and ensure implemented systems meet the business requirements
