Im originally from Texas, but my family and I have called Colorado home for the past eight years. My husband, Eric, works alongside me in the office, and we have two grown kids. We live in Evergreen, where we love to hike and spend time outdoors. I hold a degree in Political Science and an MBA from Texas Wesleyan University.
Ive been a State Farm agent for four years, and before that, I was a kindergarten teacher an experience that shaped my approach to leadership and service. I try to be the kind of boss Id want to work for : kind, compassionate, and supportive, while encouraging high standards and shared goals.

Im heavily involved in the community, serving on the Board of the Bootstraps Scholarship Organization and as Affiliate Chair for the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors Board. I also support local schools and nonprofits both financially and through volunteer work.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jennifer Gann - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
