Team Composition : Physician, Supervisor, Nerve Conduction Technician, Medical Assistant, and Patient Registration Interviewer

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Patient Distribution : 90% Outpatient; 10% Inpatient
