Job description

Position Summary :

  • The Junior Analyst will provide analytical and operational support to the team, contributing to data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
  • This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • The Junior Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, preparing reports, and assisting with project execution to support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform basic quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
  • Support senior analysts and managers on special projects, research assignments, and operational initiatives.
  • Assist in developing business cases, forecasting models, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reports or recommendations.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress toward company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to streamline workflows.
  • Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes for future reference.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the role.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant work experience; internships or academic project work in data analysis or business operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills, adapt to changing priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively.
