• Support clients in achieving goals related to communication, social interaction, and independence.
• Collect and record behavioral data using company tools and technology.
• Collaborate with families, clinicians, and teachers to implement treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings to ensure consistent, high-quality care. ## Training & Development
• 2 Weeks of Paid Training (including hands-on shadowing).
• Structured mentorship and ongoing supervision from clinical leaders.
• Fully supported RBT certification process.
• Ongoing professional development and leadership pathways. ## Schedule & Locations
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available in Simi Valley and the surrounding areas.
• Typical schedules include school-day hours (8am–3pm) and / or weekday afternoons (2–7pm).
• Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance. ## Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, behavioral health, or related field preferred).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check.
