Key Responsibilities
Supervise Call Center Teams to ensure performance standards are met
Manage daily operations and provide feedback on correspondence

Required Qualifications

Understanding of mortgage servicing, including escrow and payment application
Proven leadership or managerial experience
Expert knowledge of customer service principles and practices
