We are looking for an experienced digital asset coordinator with 5+ years of relevant experience.

The role involves managing, organizing, updating, editing, and archiving all assets and files for the Marketing Creative Services team. The coordinator will develop and enhance the digital asset management system for NFCU brands and support system users. Responsibilities include reviewing incoming assets for proper metadata and adherence to guidelines, maintaining asset licensing restrictions, and working on assignments requiring judgment and initiative.

• Manage daily operations of the Digital Asset Management System (DAMs).
• Enhance asset discoverability by adding metadata aligned with business objectives and branding guidelines.
• Oversee the lifecycle of image assets, including ingestion into AEM digital asset management system (DAM).
• Serve as the subject matter expert for DAMs, maintaining procedures, developing improvements, and providing training and support.
• Identify opportunities to improve metadata and asset management processes.
• Coordinate organization of all marketing assets, including photography, videos, logos, and design assets.
• Act as the point of contact for asset requests from internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Research and implement technologies to streamline asset management platforms and processes.
• Create and maintain a clear naming convention for quick and efficient file retrieval.
• Ensure proper workflow for naming, labeling, and organizing content across channels.
