Role Description : The job duties of a Cassandra developer involve working with the Cassandra NoSQL database management system, which handles large sets of data. Typical responsibilities include coding or testing scripts that complete activities like data cleanup, repairs, synchronization, and integration. Other responsibilities include implementing highly scalable and reliable distributed data architectures which use Cassandra and other technologies to deliver data into the storage layer and API components. A Cassandra developer may also plan system upgrades and collaborate with teams to determine their software needs.
