Job descriptionAccounting Project Collaboration : Engage with local and distribution center teams to identify project requirements, ensuring a seamless execution of accounting projects. Vendor Management : Coordinate with vendors to meet project equipment needs, aligning with the project timeline and specifications. Special Projects Management : Lead special projects for Accounting and other Administrative departments, diagnosing needs and determining next steps. Compliance Auditing : Assist in auditing processes to ensure standard compliance across distribution centers. Budget and Equipment Tracking : Maintain and update project budgets and equipment delivery schedules, liaising with relevant stakeholders. Software Utilization : Efficiently execute tasks using software tools, ensuring procedures are kept current. Travel Requirements : Be willing to travel as necessary to meet project demands. Technical Proficiency : Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with warehousing and logistics processes. Preferred Skills : Experience with SAP accounting systems and Truck Mate software is advantageous. Strong computer literacy, attention to detail, and analytical skills are a must. Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all management levels. Ability to lift up to 10lbs and sit at a computer for extended periods. This role may require climbing stairs. The position is based in a distribution center environment, where temperatures can vary.
